StrataCore
A multi-tenant platform for self-managed strata corporations in British Columbia. It covers councils, owners, tenants and property managers, with a compliance engine that flags when a decision runs up against the Strata Property Act.
Build notes
I wrote the requirements before any code: roughly 4,600 lines of requirements, a full data model, and more than 100 user stories across 15 personas. Strata law has too many edge cases to discover them in production.
Privacy between strata's is critical, ensuring that records are cleanly separated from another's. However, considerations for being involved in multiple properties as different roles under the same account is being considered.
